# Stargate

You can bridge assets to Sophon using [Stargate](https://stargate.finance/bridge), a cross-chain bridge protocol powered by LayerZero that enables seamless transfers across multiple blockchains.

<Tip>Move **SOPH tokens** between Sophon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, and Polygon with a guaranteed **1:1 rate** and **zero slippage**.</Tip>

## How to Bridge

1. Visit [Stargate Finance](https://stargate.finance/bridge) and connect your wallet.
2. Choose your source chain (Sophon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, or Polygon) and select your destination chain.
3. Select **SOPH** as the token you want to bridge.
4. Enter your **desired amount**
5. Confirm the transaction and approve it in your wallet.
6. Your **SOPH tokens** will arrive on the destination chain shortly.

## Supported Networks

Stargate enables SOPH token transfers between:

* **Sophon**
* **Base**
* **Arbitrum**
* **BNB Chain**
* **Polygon**

All transfers maintain a 1:1 exchange rate with zero slippage, powered by LayerZero's cross-chain infrastructure.
